- Firm/business name, address, GSTIN and registration details
- Owner and staff names, roles, phone numbers and email addresses
- Login credentials and account preferences
2.2 Business Data You Enter
- Inventory, product and stock records, including item images and HUID/tag details
- Sales, billing, purchase and GST records
- Customer records, including KYC details, photographs and ledger information you upload for Girvi/loan management
- Gold/silver rate configurations and reports you generate
2.3 Technical & Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, browser, and IP address
- Log data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps
- Desktop application version and installation details, where applicable
2.4 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers; we retain only limited billing metadata (such as plan, amount and transaction status) needed for invoicing and support.

Your data is stored on secure servers with access controls, encryption in transit, and regular backups. Desktop application data may also be cached locally on your device for offline access.
